With 24 moves behind me - 4 of them international - I understand that deciding on, and moving to a new home, neighborhood or country, is stressful.
Finding the right home requires an agent who knows the area, will take the time to do and provide the research, and who can partner with you to understand your family’s needs, your mix of dream and priority, and the professional expertise, insight and negotiation skills to make it happen.
If you are selling your home, your motivation, price and time-frame are what will drive our interaction. Before I list your home, I will meet with you to go through the home to understand what updates you may have done, what updates may be needed, and to get a feel for the condition of the home. We will then sit down and go through comparable properties in your neighborhood to get a feel for how to price your home. I will also provide you with information as to how the market is moving, days on market, competitor properties, and the paperwork that will be required to list your home.
I believe I have 3 priorities as your realtor. To guide you, to market your property, and to negotiate the best deal. Guiding you through the process means that if you have questions it is my responsibility to make sure they are answered and that you feel informed and comfortable on how to proceed. Marketing the property through social media, the web and print as well as word of mouth and networking is part of the job, and I encourage you to view my social media presence on Instagram , YouTube and Linkedin. Negotiating is where experience and an understanding of the market as well as having a respected relationship with others in the industry, counts. Through these efforts I will work to net you the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time, to get you to where you want to be, in the best shape possible.
Moreover, I will work to make your home buying or selling, a positive experience bringing honesty, integrity, value and insight to the transaction.

We will start with an understanding of what you are looking to do, and make sure that you have the financing in place to achieve your dreams. I work with many different lenders to find you the right one for your needs at whatever price point. Once you have your pre-approval in hand, the fun begins, and we start the search for your new home in earnest. It is at this point we truly know what you can afford and what I may need to ask for when it comes time to negotiate. My role here it to make sure you have the tools and research you need to understand the area and what happens from the time we go under contract, to the time we close on your new home. And to negotiate the best price and terms possible.
