Steve MacGray, Realtor, brings a vast experience as a custom home builder to his real estate business. This includes design and structural aspects of homes and commercial properties.

With the real estate business, Steve takes the approach to provide a way of service above and beyond expectations. Building on personal relationships and allowing the customer to discover the best fit always assures the best experience possible. Being prepared with the pulse of the market, an importance is given to responsive follow-up as well as providing timely advice throughout. This offers a clear perspective and encourages confidence in knowing the right choice is being made. Every opportunity is considered whether considering the sale of a property or finding the best fit for a purchase. The community has welcomed the approach reflected by the first full year landing in the top 5% of salespersons and in just 3 years being recognized 1st Place in Residential Sales for 2017. There have been close to 80 transactions completed already for 2018.

Always dedicated to the community and its future, currently serving a 3nd term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, Active on Economic Development Committee, Chairman of Allegany County Planning & Zoning Board, Vice Chairman of Habitat for Humanity, Board of Directors of Historic Highlands Association of Realtors, and active in his Church. Steve is always family oriented, married to Sue, a school nurse and has been blessed with two children, and six grandchildren. He loves the outdoors and enjoys participating as a triathlete as well as assisting in a youth tri club.
