Trish worked for thirteen years as a Business Manager for a busy Doctor’s office in Rockville, MD. She lives in the Frederick area with her husband Richard, and her younger son, Zack. Richard is a licensed Home Inspector. Trish's oldest son, Jake, is married, he and his wife Gaby live in Frederick with their daughter and are expecting their second baby!

Zack was a member of the local 4-H Club to show sheep, pigs, turkeys and cattle. Trish has always been a people person and a problem solver.

One day in 2005, she decided to make a change, and she jumped into the real estate world, and she’s never looked back! In her first year of business, she received the “Rookie of the Year” award from her local Coldwell Banker brokerage. But, her path to real estate success didn’t stop there. When the real estate market crashed, she turned her attention to distressed homeowners and how she could better assist them.

She quickly found her real estate calling and is now considered one of the top sales agents in the area. The Trish Mills Team has rapidly grown to become one of the leading real estate teams. They service all of their clients' needs. The team has extensive experience in short sales, estates, bankruptcy properties, first-time home buyers, resale, new constructions, military families, foreclosures, rentals, and commercial properties. Her team consists of ten amazing agents and two full-time administrative staff for around-the-clock service. With a strong background in Land, Farms, and Luxury Homes and a team of virtual transaction coordinators, Trish consistently closes well over one hundred transactions every year!
