Allison Ward

Allison is a licensed real estate agent for Charis Realty Group. She is a member of the Vasquez Team that is comprised of talented and experienced realtors that will guide and assist with your Real Estate transaction.

Allison's calling to real estate comes from the joy of meeting new people, helping them solve problems, and making the world a better place one house at a time. Helping people seamlessly, efficiently, and thoughtfully is the cornerstone of her business model.

Allison is both an alumni of Frederick High School and a native of Frederick County her entire life. Throughout high school she immersed herself within the varsity golf team for all 4 years of school; competing in the MD State Tournament her senior year. She gives back to the community through volunteering in numerous charities. Girls on the Run, is a nonprofit program that Allison not only participated in her youth but then came back to help mentor young girls as a coach. Painting and reading are passions of hers; this creativity flowing through into all aspects of who she is and her work.
