NO PETS!!! NTN or Rent Spree tenant screenings only. Credit reports and applications must be completed by all occupants 18 and over, even if they are not contributing to rental income. Tenant(s) must meet the following qualifications: 1) Credit Score: 620+ with no evictions or eviction filings. 2) No Bankruptcies 3) Income must be at least 2.75x the rent. Income will be verified by submitting the total income for all occupants with 4 most recent paystubs (8 weekly or 4 if paid bi-weekly). False paystubs, documents, or any falsification of information will not be considered. All occupants over the age of 18 years old must apply with consideration to children of applicants currently in college. A reference from a current or past landlord is a plus. Credit of over 640 is also a plus but not a major deciding factor. Tenants are responsible for: electricity, gas (if applicable). Water is a flat monthly fee of $60. (if tenant may be charge additional for over use of water) credit history to be considered, have no evictions within the past 5 years, and must have a verifiable rental history with on-time rental payments.
