I met Hilery by chance, at an open house. She was showing a home in our neighborhood. We were curious. We talked a bit, and hit it off immediately. I left with her card, and she with my number. My husband and I planned to sell, just didn't know when. Fast forward a couple years, all the while this lady kept in touch, more like a friend. Finally, the time came for us to sell. Let me tell you...through these crazy times, she was a great guide. She moved fast, was extremely honest, she never let things stress her out, and was a champion at keeping her cool. I aspire to be more like that! She was never more than a call or text away when I needed something, even when she was on vacation in Jamaica! I had something of a roller coaster ride between selling, and finding a new home. Hilery fought for me, when I didn't think my home was an appraised at a fair market value. Helped me come to an agreement with my buyers, that we could all live with. Educated me more on housing market, and over all, was a great compass, moral and otherwise. She never was more than a few hours returning a call or text. She introduced me to some fine people, lenders, associate realtors, fix it people, etc...I truly can't say enough nice things about this lady. I could write a book! She was so attentive to all my needs, and situation. She's like a breath of fresh air! Hilery also has a life of her own, children, hubby, friends, and pets. I just don't know how she does it! I would recommend her to everyone! She's just awesome! If you're looking for a realtor that moves fast (you have to in this market), super honest, personable, and always has a helpful remedy, she's your girl! Hilery is a SUPERSTAR!
